Franciscka Lucien is the Senior Director of Health Equity at the Clinton Global Initiative, where she leads the Initiative’s health work. She brings over 15 years of experience spanning global health and human rights, non-profit leadership and board governance, and advocacy and crisis management for clients across Fortune 500 companies and industries including finance, healthcare, and economic development. Franciscka holds a Master of Arts from the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Science from the Georgetown University Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service
